All this involves is signing an Option Agreement following our initial offer to you that, once planning permission has been granted, allows us to purchase the land for the already agreed price within a set time frame. Knight Land Brokers Ltd then take on the burden, the risk and the cost of the legal and planning processes to help you unlock the potential of your land.

Architectural design, surveys, and consultant reports prepared to support a strong planning application.

5. Approval

Planning application submitted, managed, and negotiated through determination and potential amendments.

6. Completion

Planning granted, land sold to trusted developer, and landowner receives agreed payment.
